In a week, VentureFest North East is hosting the region’s innovation conference that brings over 700 business people together to create successful business opportunities. Growing companies of all sizes, structures and sectors will find plenty of inspiration and practical support to take their ideas further.
During practical workshops, industry leaders are going to share hands-on advice tailored to help innovative and ambitious companies make new connections, raise finance and explore opportunities.
Richard Lane, Managing Partner of durhamlane, has been invited to run a session on how to create and access new markets, which is undoubtedly a key success factor to value creation for businesses. In this workshop, attendees will begin to understand the importance of sales in the future success of a business. Richard will provide tools and techniques that help sales and non-sales people to deepen their understanding of the sales process and to increase their commercial mindset.
The event, which is one of a number of VentureFests around the country, is supported by organisations including Innovate UK, the North East LEP and North East BIC, with part-funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
