Newcastle based sales performance company durhamlane yesterday announced one of their most unique partnerships, with renowned leadership and innovation coach Alison Freer joining the business as an Associate Partner.
Alison, originally from Newcastle upon Tyne and widely known for her business coaching and transformation company Thinkfreer, has an extensive background in HR, leadership development and change management spanning over 15 years. Thinkfreer specialises in developing communication and leadership skills, whilst also helping organisations of any size and age make the shift into the 21st Century Digital landscape.
Having grown rapidly over the last 18 months – adding blue chips brands such as Symantec, HP, Northumbria Water and Centrica British Gas to their training client base – durhamlane recognised the time was right to acquire another training and coaching specialist; one who shares the same core values as themselves.
