Phil Mulvain

Phil began his professional career in recruitment six years ago. Since then he also garnered international experience as a football (soccer) coach in the US and a recruitment consultant in Australia. Phil joined durhamlane in the role of a sales executive, where he got to know the sales profession at first hand. Due to his experience and his rapid progression, Phil got involved in the development of durhamlane’s recruitment arm and has played an important role in building up a successful team. Phil helps the likes of Sage, RIBA Enterprises, Anglia Ruskin University and many SME’s , to attract and recruit the best sales talent; from graduates to experienced hires. Commercial roles include Business Development Executives, Account Managers, Sales Managers, both office and field based, with varying salaries and experience.
